The share purchases are not tied to any incentive or bonus schemes. The arrangement applies to NoHo Partners’ whole Executive Team and its 10 members. “It is unusual for the entire Executive Team to make such a significant investment in the company at the same time. It clearly underlines the commitment and trust in our value creation roadmap from the whole management team.
