Acquisitions of own shares in Evolution AB (publ)
Evolution AB (publ) ("Evolution") has, during the period 09 September - 13 September acquired a total of 67,222 own shares within the framework of the repurchase programme introduced by the board of directors to improve the capital structure of Evolution by reducing the capital, and thereby creating added shareholder value.
The repurchase programme, which Evolution announced on 18 July 2024, is being implemented in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014 ("MAR") and Commission Delegated Regulation No 2016/1052 ("Safe Harbour Regulation").
During the period 09 September - 13 September, shares in Evolution have been acquired as set out below.

All acquisitions were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm on behalf of Evolution by Citibank which makes its trading decisions concerning the timing of the purchases of shares independently of Evolution. Following the above acquisitions, Evolution's holding of own shares amounted to 3,153,844 as of 13 September 2024. The total number of shares in Evolution is 211,833,204.
A full breakdown of the transactions conducted according to article 5.3 of MAR and article 2.3 of the Safe Harbour Regulation is attached to this press release. Since 19 July up to and including 13 September, a total of 2,364,568 shares have been acquired within the scope of the programme. A maximum of 20,394,044 shares in total may be acquired.
