All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals of the Company's Board of Directors. The minutes of the extraordinary general meeting are attached to this notice.</p><p>In connection with the general meeting, the Company has also received a proposal from an investor group for a further equity investment into the Company at the same price per share as in the private placement announced as placed on 11 March 2025.
