(Oslo, Norway, 25 June 2024) Arribatec Group ASA (OSE: ARR, Arribatec) today
announces the final award of the EUR 6.3 million ERP support contract with
European External Action Service (EEAS), a European Union (EU) agency.
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 9 May 2024 regarding the
award of an ERP support contract with an undisclosed European public agency,
pending customary processes for public tenders. Following the closing of the
process, European External Action Service is announced as contract partner. EEAS
is the European Union's diplomatic service and carries out the EU's Common
Foreign and Security Policy across the globe.
The contract will include multiple projects over the next four years, e.g.
support and improvements of the EEAS Unit4 ERP solution and related business
processes, in addition to migration to the Unit4 Cloud. The project will be
delivered by the consortium of CST Advisory, a Belgian management consultancy
company, and Arribatec.
"We are excited to have been chosen to partner with EEAS, which further cements
our company's position as the largest global Unit4 ERP services provider as well
as the trusted partner for cloud migrations," says Geir Johansen, CEO of
Arribatec.
The total contract value is approximately NOK 92 million (EUR 7.900.000), of which
a minimum of 80%, or approximately NOK 73.6 million (EUR 6.320.000) will be
delivered by Arribatec.
"The EEAS award showcases our ERP and system integration expertise, as we are
leveraging on the opportunities provided by our substantial pipeline of cloud
migration related projects," says Tom Vandezande, Executive Vice President
Business Services.
