Titan Venture AS will also be granted 15,384,502 warrants in the company as consideration for its underwriting commitment. Following the completion of the rights issue, Titan Venture AS will hold 46,018,340 shares and votes, representing 9.60% of the outstanding shares after the completion of the rights offering. In addition, Titan Venture AS will hold 15,384,502 warrants, representing 3,21% of the outstanding shares after the completion of the rights offering.
