Oslo, 9 December 2024: BlueNord ASA ("BlueNord" or the "Company") has today
announced its preliminary production figures for November 2024 and is also
pleased to announce first production from the Harald East Middle Jurassic well
("HEMJ").
In November, the preliminary production was 25.6 mboepd net to BlueNord. The
base assets, Dan, Gorm and Halfdan produced 23.4 mboepd and 2.2 mboepd was
produced from the Tyra hub.
Tyra reached full technical capacity on 10 November 2024, and production resume
from the Harald field on the same day. Tyra East, Tyra South East and the third
-party Trym field have commenced production, with BlueNord's net daily
production in November peaking at 11 mboepd. However, in the second half of the
month, Tyra also experienced periods of lower production as weather conditions
impacted access to the satellites and the Operator continued work to optimise
the offshore systems.
The overall ramp-up of the Tyra facilities is currently progressing according to
plan and, with Tyra production of 8.5 mboepd net to BlueNord per 7 December
2024, the Company reiterates its earlier communication of reaching plateau
production by end of 2024 and with an expected exit rate in 2024 of ca 30 mboepd
net from Tyra.
In addition, the Company is pleased to announce that the Harald East Middle
Jurassic well was successfully brought on production on 6 December which will
allow for a longer plateau production from the Tyra hub, and as HEMJ production
continues, the promising volume potential will be further assessed and
communicated.
For the base assets, Gorm, Dan and Halfdan hubs, production in November was
impacted by the start-up activities on Tyra and a spool replacement on Dan. On
the Gorm hub the SGPAP production has been impacted by water handling
constraints. Work is currently being carried out to increase the injection
capacity on the Gorm hub to increase production again. The WROM campaign on
Halfdan is successfully ongoing, with completion of interventions on 15 Halfdan
wells during 2024.
