<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The Nomination Committee proposes Carina Åkerström and Jörgen Eriksson as new board members of Intea Fastigheter AB (publ).</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Carina Åkerström has had a long and successful career in the financial sector and was previously the CEO and Group Chief Executive of Svenska Handelsbanken AB from 2019 to 2023. She has extensive experience in strategic leadership and has been a driving force behind Handelsbanken's restructuring of its branch operations and its digital transformation. Carina holds board positions at Holmen AB (publ) and SkiStar AB (publ) and has recently been proposed as a board member of Fastpartner AB (publ).</p><p>Jörgen Eriksson has a long background in the real estate industry and has been the CEO of Catena AB since 2020. He has extensive experience in business development and property management and has previously served as Business and Property Manager as well as Regional Manager at Catena. Jörgen also has a strong commitment to sustainable development and strategic property development.</p><p>“Intea has established itself as one of the leading players in social infrastructure. As a step in the continued development of the company in the stock market environment, we are very pleased to propose Carina Åkerström and Jörgen Eriksson as new board members.
