<div class="abstract"></div>Finnair Plc&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Stock Exchange Release&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 10 March 2025 at 1:30 p.m. EETFinnair Plc has today, based on the decision made by the Board of Directors of the company, transferred without consideration 235,447 own shares held by the company as a reward for the Performance Share Plan announced in a stock exchange release on 23 January 2023. The shares were transferred to the personnel participating in the plan period 2023-2024. The transfer of the shares is based on the authorisation given by the Annual General Meeting on 18 March 2024.&nbsp;After the transfer of shares, Finnair holds 20,837 own shares as treasury shares.<div></div>
