Donkey Republic has matured significantly and become a prominent European player in the industry over the past years. Therefore, I've decided that the timing is right to leave the Board of Donkey Republic as the company is progressing strongly and I'm looking forward to working together in a consulting role for the company" says Laurent Mercat.CEO of Donkey Republic, Niels Henrik Rasmussen: "Laurent Mercat has made a very valuable contribution to our company development in so many areas and ways, and I am very thankful for his great contribution.
