ROBIT PLC&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 24 JANUARY 2025 AT 11.00 EETCORRECTION: NOTIFICATION OF TRANSFER OF OWN SHARESIn the stock exchange release published on 27 December 2024, regarding the transfer of Robit Plc’s own shares, there was an incorrect number of shares to be transferred, and the number of own shares held by the company after the transfer. The actual number of shares to be transferred was 2 shares higher than announced. The correct numbers are as follows:Robit Plc transferred a total of 64,615 company’s shares (stock exchange release on 27 December 2024: 64,613 shares) to the members of the Board of Directors as the annual compensation for the year 2024, and a total of 9,231 shares to Group CEO, Arto Halonen as part of the fixed annual salary. The total number of shares transferred was therefore 73,846 (stock exchange release on 27 December 2024: 73,844 shares).
