Gunnar Brock declines re-election and Investor AB's Nomination Committee will propose Fred Wallenberg as a new member of the Board of Directors
Gunnar Brock, who has been a member of the Investor Board since 2009, has informed the Nomination Committee that he will not be available for re-election at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Nomination Committee will propose Fred Wallenberg to be elected as a member of Investor AB's Board of Directors at the AGM.
Fred Wallenberg (born 1990) is currently Business Development and M&A Director at Piab Group. Prior to this he was CFO and Investment Manager at Navigare Ventures, and he has held positions at Prorsum Capital in Switzerland, Patricia Industries and Brown Brothers Harriman in New York, and Temasek Holdings in Singapore. He holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne and a BBA in International Business from Georgetown University, Washington DC.

His personality, background and education fits well with the business of Investor and he has relevant work experience from different industries and countries. The Nomination Committee continues its work and its complete proposal for the 2025 AGM will be announced in connection with the notice of the meeting.
