Oslo, 3 February 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made
by Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA ("KCC" or the "Company") on 13 December
2024 of the launch of KCC's program to repurchase up to 1,200,000 of the
Company's shares in open market transactions for a total amount of up to USD
9,100,000 during the period from 13 December 2024, until no later than 31 March
2025, pursuant to an agreement with DNB Markets. For the period from and
including 28 January 2025, through 3 February 2025, the Company purchased a
total of 188,651 shares at an average price NOK 73.29 per share, all purchased
as ordinary market purchases on Euronext Oslo Børs. Please find below the

The total transaction value for the period 28 Jan - 3 Feb 2025 equals
approximately USD 1.2 million and the transaction value for the total buybacks
under the program equals approximately USD 6.8 million based on daily USDNOK
from Norges Bank.

The issuer's holding of own shares:
Following the completion of the above transactions, KCC owns a total of
1,046,634 of own shares (including 6,283 shares owned prior to the launch of the
buyback program), corresponding to 1.73% of KCC's share capital.
