<div class="abstract">Metsä Board Corporation Stock Exchange Release Changes in company's own shares 14 March 2025 at 3 p.m. EET</div>Based on the decision of the Board of Directors of Metsä Board Corporation ("the Company"), a total of 124,790 Company's Series B shares have today been transferred as rewards under the Company's long-term incentive plan for the performance period 2022-2024. The payment of the share bonuses was announced on 6 February 2025.Share: METSBNumber of shares: 124,790Price/share: Without considerationThe share rewards have been paid to the 27 key employees covered by the incentive scheme in accordance with the terms of the incentive scheme. The share rewards have been paid with the Company's own series B shares held by the Company issued in a directed share issue without consideration, so the total number of shares in the Company will not change.
