MT Højgaard Holding A/S: Martin Stig Solberg new CFO of MT Højgaard Holding A/S
The Board of Directors of MT Højgaard Holding A/S has appointed Martin Stig Solberg as CFO and to the Executive Board of MT Højgaard Holding A/S, with a start date latest of 1 August 2019.
Martin Stig Solberg is 44 and his most recent position was as CFO of ISS in the Netherlands. He previously worked at the FLSmidth Group for 22 years, holding senior roles with both commercial responsibility and focus on finance, project management, risk management and restructuring.

Martin Stig Solberg has an MSc in Business Administration and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School, an Executive MBA from SIMI and has served as a Sergeant with the Royal Danish Air Force.
Martin Stig Solberg held leadership roles with the FLSmidth Group from 2003-2019 as Senior Vice President and Global Head of FLSmidth Automation, CEO of FLSmidth Wadgassen Materials Handling and CFO of FLSmidth’s large Indian subsidiary. Prior to that, he also held such positions as Controller, Finance Manager and CFO of the Group’s subsidiaries and business units.
Martin Stig Solberg and President and CEO Anders Heine Jensen will jointly make up the Executive Board of MT Højgaard Holding. Martin Stig Solberg will replace Egil Mølsted Madsen, who has sought new challenges outside the Group as announced on 28 March 2019.
