As previously communicated, NCC has developed the MIMO project and signed an agreement with Platzer according to which Platzer will acquire the property on its completion. As planned, Platzer will assume ownership in the fourth quarter with transfer of the property effective as of December 18, 2024.
"We have successfully collaborated with Platzer on many projects over the years and it is extremely gratifying that we can conclude yet another project together. The addition of new workplaces and service is an important part of the urban development of Mölndal and MIMO will help make the area a more vibrant and attractive place," says Joachim Holmberg, Head of NCC Property Development.
The transaction is based on an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1.8 billion. NCC will provide the customary rental guarantees as of the date of transfer.
The MIMO project encompasses a lettable area of approximately 32,000 square meters. The project consists of an existing building that has been refurbished and the new construction of two buildings, 18 and 11 stories respectively, that offer mix-use space for offices and services.
