Nokian Tyres is making changes to the Management Team to increase consumer focus, global synergies and operational excellence. New members joining the Management Team are Tommi Alhola (Passenger Car Tyres, Central Europe) and Lauri Halme (Passenger Car Tyres, North America). The new Management Team will take effect as of March 1, 2025.
"To shape the future of our company, we are reorganizing our operations to create a more customer-centric organization while strengthening our central functions," says Paolo Pompei, President and CEO of Nokian Tyres.
While maintaining its leading position in the Nordics, Nokian Tyres' strategic growth markets are in Central Europe and North America.
"The new Management Team structure will enable a dedicated focus on these growth regions to achieve our long-term objectives. The investments made in recent years will enable us to adopt a local-for-local business model, with dedicated manufacturing facilities closer to our customers and consumers."
