Nurminen Logistics Plc (Nasdaq Helsinki: NLG1V) ("Nurminen Logistics", the "Company") has January 30, 2025, received notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act ("SMA") from Juha Nurminen.

According to the notifications, the holdings of JN Uljas Oy, controlled by Juha Nurminen, in the Company have diluted on January 29, 2025.

The total position of Juha Nurminen and JN Uljas Oy in the Company's shares and votes according to the notification is as follows: 7,859,132 shares.

The total position of Juha Nurminen and JN Uljas Oy in the Company's shares and votes holding based on the previous flagging announcement:

Juha Nurminen: 8,96 % (6 652 032 shares and votes)

JN Uljas Oy: 4,11 % (3 049 388 shares and votes)

Aggregate position of Juha Nurminen and JN Uljas Oy: 13,07 % (9 701 420 shares and votes)

The notified ownership percentage presented in the notifications has been calculated against the current total number of shares and votes published by Nurminen Logistics being 80 552 920 including the treasury shares held by Nurminen Logistics in accordance with the SMA and the guidelines issued by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.
