"We are pleased to be able to acquire another property off market. This time in Linköping, which has a strategic location along the route E4. The property already has a good yield today, which will increase further as an effect of our standardized development work. As part of our continuous sustainability work, we will develop the property to become more energy efficient by, among other things, installing solar cells," says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.
The property, which is subject to property regulation, is acquired through a corporate transaction and is financed with own funds.
