Swedish Logistic Property: SLP extends lease agreement with existing tenant in Ljungby
SLP has signed an extended lease with the existing tenant Hårds Transport in the Lamellen 1 property in Ljungby. As of April 1, 2025, the leased area will be expanded by 1,140 square meters of warehouse space, which means that the total leased area amounts to approximately 12,900 square meters. The expanded area is currently vacant.
The new, fully CPI-adjusted, agreement means that the total annual rental value now amounts to approximately SEK 6.5 million for the lease that runs until March 2028.
