<div class="abstract">Ahead of the Annual General Meeting on 19 March 2025, the Nominating Committee of Axfood proposes the re-election of directors Fabian Bengtsson, Caroline Berg, Mia Brunell Livfors, Christian Luiga, Peter Ruzicka and Sara Öhrvall. The Nominating Committee also proposes the election of Björn Annwall and Kristofer Tonström as new directors.</div>As previously announced, Caroline Berg is proposed for election as Chairman of the Board. Thomas Ekman has announced that he declines re-election.Björn Annwall has held several leading positions within Volvo Car Group, including CFO, Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy CEO. Before joining Volvo, he was management consultant and Senior Partner at McKinsey &amp; Co, with a focus on consumer related sectors. Björn Annwall holds a M.Sc. in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. He is director of the Board of Axel Johnson since 2022.Kristofer Tonström has extensive experience from retail and consumer goods and is President and CEO of Clas Ohlson since 2021. Previously, he was President and CEO of Filippa K and has held several leading positions within Omega Pharma and Procter &amp; Gamble. Kristofer Tonström holds a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from the Gothenburg School of Economics.The Nominating Committee ahead of the 2025 Annual General Meeting consists of Marie Ehrling (committee chair, Axel Johnson AB), Caroline Sjösten (Swedbank Robur Funds), Sussi Kvart (Handelsbanken Funds) and Carolina Ahnemark (Odin Funds).
