Toivo Group Plc is bringing a EUR 2,5 million owner-occupied housing project to Vantaa Vapaala

Toivo Group Plc (”Toivo”) has published a new owner-occupied housing project to Vantaa’s Vapaala. The value of the project is approximately EUR 2,5 million and it includes a total of six family sized houses. The homes are single-story detached houses and will be built to meet energy class A standards.

As Oy Vantaan Clara will be brought to marketing during February and reservations for the apartments will begin in the coming weeks.

Scandinavian and minimalistic architecture speaks to you in all its beauty and these homes are great for families and couples. The homes are very popular single-story wood structured detached houses, where each home has their own cozy yard area. The project is expected to be completed in spring of 2026” tells Jukka Lampela, Toivo’s project manager on the project.
