<div class="abstract">Sandnes, Norway, 3 November 2023: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.204 per share for the third quarter of 2023, as of today, 3 November.</div>With reference to the stock market announcement on 24 October, the Board of Vår Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.204 per share, NOK&nbsp;3 005&nbsp;673 120 in total, equal to USD 270 million, relating to Q3 2023.
