Vitec issues senior unsecured notes of SEK 1,000 million

Vitec Software Group AB (publ) (“Vitec”), a leading provider of vertical software, has successfully issued senior unsecured notes of SEK 1,000 million with a tenor of 4 years under its existing MTN programme.

The notes carry a floating rate and were issued at a margin of 1.40% against three months STIBOR. The transaction received very strong investor demand.

The proceeds from the notes issue will be used for general corporate purposes, including partial refinancing of existing bank loans. Vitec will apply for the notes to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm's Corporate Bond List.

Nordea and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers and Snellman Advokatbyrå AB acted as legal adviser in connection with the notes issue.
