Read the latest Netcompany One-pager following the FY 2024 results. The year 2024 showed a recovery in its Netcompany’s Danish market, with continued but slower growth in its international markets, as its go-to-market strategy based on platforms supported new and large project wins in the year. The UK was the only market to realize negative y/y growth as a change in government in July stalled spending on the large DALAS framework. FY 2025 guidance is for 5-10% revenue growth, with 16-19% adj. EBITDA margins, driven by the ramp-up of major projects including DALAS, Avinor, and other projects agreed in late 2024 and January 2025.

&#xa0;Netcompany delayed its mid-term revenue ambitions by one year, now aiming for revenue of DKK 8.5bn by 2027 (previously 2026) reflecting a 9% CAGR but maintained its ambitions for &gt;20% adj. EBITDA margins by 2026 following international market margin expansion in 2024. After DKK 800m buybacks in 2024, Netcompany canceled 2.5m shares (5% of total) and reaffirmed its ambition for over DKK 2.0bn in total buybacks between 2024-2026. No buybacks are initiated in connection with the report due to advanced strategic considerations.
