You can already now sign up for the event and send in your questions. You don’t have to participate live to submit questions for the event.
Wirtek will release its Full-Year 2024 report on Wednesday 19 March 2025. Management will present the results and host a live virtual Q&A session on 19 March 2025, at 13.00. In addition to the financial results, the event will include an update on recent business developments and provide insights into current market conditions.
Wirtek updated its financial expectations for the full-year 2024 in December 2024, now expecting DKK 72.5 - 73.5m (DKK 74 - 78m previously), and an Adj. EBITDA of DKK 5.0 - 6.0m (from DKK 6.5 – 7.5m previously). The guidance reflects a 3-4% revenue growth on a group level as its acquisitions of Seluxit and Pragmasoft in 2024, supported topline development in otherwise challenging markets. The acquisitions bolstered Wirtek’s solutions business within its fast-growing energy sector and are a part of its strategy to grow its scalable IoT solutions.
In addition to the financial results there will likely be a focus on the mid-term strategy as the previous AccelerateXL25 strategy was removed in December. The company has a strong balance sheet despite making two acquisitions in 2024, and management may provide greater insight into the new mid-term strategic direction and greater focus on the energy sector.
