The two primary revenue streams are 1) MapsIndoors which is MapsPeople’s own developed mapping solution for indoor navigation 2) Google Maps partnership with Google. MapsPeople var i går ude med 2023 guidance på både Contracted ARR og ARR, som selskabet nu guider på. Efter 2022 blev afsluttet med en Contracted ARR på DKK 70,1 mio. (71% vækst) forventer MapsPeople i 2023 en Contracted ARR på mellem DKK 105-115 mio. In 2022, OrderYOYO merged with German app smart. Going forward, Germany is an important growth market for OrderYOYO. OrderYOYO has a usage-based business model implying that the company grows with its restaurant partners. The company has been listed at Nasdaq First North in Denmark since July 2021.

Risma Systems (RISMA) is a Danish Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that helps simplify and optimize governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities across companies and organizations. RISMA’s solution is an all-in-one software suite for all GRC initiatives (such as GDPR, ISMS, risk management, financial controls, ESG).

The company primarily operates in the Nordic region with independent sales offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and through partners. The company has been listed at Nasdaq First North in Denmark since March 2021.

Today, our SaaS newsletter for September has been sent out. Overall, September was less eventful across the SaaS sector, yet we can look back at the global/US SaaS sector’s Q2 earnings season before we move into the Q3 earnings season. Looking at the median ARR valuation multiple, this is now 6.1x by the end of September (6.2x by the end of August) for the global/US SaaS sector and 3.1x ARR by the end of September 2024 (3.2x ARR by the end of August) for the Danish SaaS sector.

Today, our SaaS newsletter for September has been sent out. Overall, September was less eventful across the SaaS sector, yet we can look back at the global/US SaaS sector&#x2019;s Q2 earnings season before we move into the Q3 earnings season. 
Despite the focus on profitable growth also shown by improved EBITDA results and better cash efficiency, the growth rate development trend is still going in the wrong direction, both in the US/global SaaS sector and the Danish SaaS sector. In the US, the median Q2 revenue growth was 15% YoY (18% YoY in Q1), while the Danish companies (smaller in size) grew ARR by a median of 21% YoY in Q2 (28% YoY in Q1). 
Looking at the median ARR valuation multiple, this is now 6.1x by the end of September (6.2x by the end of August) for the global/US SaaS sector (SaaS Capital Index) and 3.1x ARR by the end of September 2024 (3.2x ARR by the end of August) for the Danish SaaS sector (HCA SaaS Index). Besides the cautious environment, the multiple contraction for the SaaS sector is also affected negatively by an increasing US 10Y bond yield, climbing above 4.00% at the beginning of October.&#xa0;
