ISS ventes at offentliggøre årsregnskab for 2024 – torsdag d. 20. februar, og i den forbindelse er det en stor fornøjelse at vi dagen efter – fredag d. 21. februar kl. 10.00 - kan invitere til vores første event med ISS.

Scanfil released its Q4 report this morning. The surprise element related to the Q4 figures was very small due to the narrowed guidance in December, and the development in late 2024 was practically in line with our expectations. Scanfil plans to raise its dividend for the 12th year in a row, although the increase is in practice the smallest possible.

We expect reported revenue to have grown moderately, but the result to have been slightly below the comparison period. However, the forecasts are subject to considerable uncertainty due to significant differences between the company's reported and comparison figures as a result of major currency movements.

Viva Wine, the main competitor of Anora's Wine segment, announced its Q4 result yesterday. Despite the subdued market development, Viva continued to grow and gain market shares.

Rovsing har netop aflagt H1 2024/25 regnskab. Et regnskab som viser en vækst på 39% på toplinjen, mens EBITDA falder til DKK 0,3 mio. (DKK 1,2 mio. i H1 2023/24). På grund af udskudte projekter justeres 2024/25 guidance nedad. For at accelerere væksten ind i næste år undersøges muligheden for at rejse op til 20% i ny kapital.

Gubra aflægger helårsregnskab den 28 februar 2028, og vi afholder event med selskabet samme dag. Hexicon’s Q4 report contained no major surprises. In the context of a challenging operating environment, the company continues to experience long divestment processes and negotiations. As a result, we expect the establishment of a long-term ownership structure for the MunmuBaram project, which could provide near-term financing and improve cash flow for project development, to be delayed until around summer 2025. In our view, the company needs additional capital in the coming months, forcing Hexicon to explore other financing options on uncertain terms. Against this backdrop, we believe the near-term risk/reward is unfavorable.

ISS har her til morgen offentliggjort sit årsregnskab for 2024 der umiddelbart er bedre end konsensusforventningerne på flere af posterne efter en solid afslutning på året, hvor toplinjevækst i Q4 2024 er stærk. Guidance for 2025 er indenfor rammerne af konsensus. ISS sætter gang i et nyt aktietilbagekøbsprogram på ca. 10% af markedsværdien.

Modulight will publish its Q4 results on Friday, February 21 at 1:00 pm EET. We expect moderately growing revenue from Phase III clinical projects and ophthalmic lasers.

Scanfil will publish its Q4 report on Friday at around 8:00 am EET. Q4 has been the strongest quarter of last year for the company.

Danske Bank har i løbet af 2024 revideret sine forventninger to gange, og efter den sidste opjustering i slutningen af oktober sidste år venter banken nu et resultat for året på DKK 22,5-23,5 mia. De endelige tal ventes offentliggjort fredag d. 7. februar 2025 når Danske Bank udsender årsrapporten for 2024. Onsdag d. 19. februar 2025 kl. 10.00 har vi så fornøjelsen at invitere til en præsentation af årsregnskabet og de nye forventninger til 2025 med Head of Investor Relations Claus I.
