Acroud AB: Acroud announces the results of the voluntary debt to equity swap offer to the holders of its bonds 2022/2028 with ISIN SE0017562481

As part of the agreement, on the restructuring announced on 9 December 2024, ACROUD AB (publ) ("Acroud") committed to the bondholders (the "Bondholders") of its outstanding bonds 2022/2028 with ISIN SE0017562481 (the "Bonds") to offer the Bondholders the opportunity to voluntarily exchange Bonds for additional shares in Acroud. In order to fulfil this commitment, Acroud initiated on 20 February 2025 a voluntary debt to equity swap offer to the Bondholders on the agreed terms of the restructuring and in accordance with the undertaking in Clause 11.8 (Voluntary Debt to Equity Swap) of the terms and conditions of the Bonds.

The voluntary debt to equity swap offer has ended as the acceptance period expired at 15:00 (CET) today, 11 March 2025 and Acroud hereby announces that no Bondholder elected to participate in the voluntary debt to equity swap offer.
