Aega ASA's (the "Company") annual general meeting resolved on 31 May 2024 to reduce the Company's share capital by NOK 11,895,991.5 by reduction of the par value of the Company's shares from NOK 1 to NOK 0.5. The six-week creditor deadline following registration in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises has expired, and the share capital reduction has been completed in accordance with the general meeting's resolution. Following the share capital reduction, the share capital of the Company is NOK 11,895,991.5 divided into 23,791,983, each with a par value of NOK 0.5. This information is subject to the disclosure requirements set out in section 5-8 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
