Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been awarded a contract by Norwegian
Defence Estates Agency for the construction of offices and vehicle halls at
Ørland in Trøndelag. The contract, which is a turnkey project, is valued at
approximately NOK 155 million excluding VAT.
The project includes the construction of 2,800 m² GFA offices and 3,800 m² GFA
vehicle halls at Ørland Air Station. Ørland is Norway's fighter jet base and is
central to the Armed Forces' operational activities.

years. We have good experiences from previous collaborations with Norwegian
Defence Estates Agency, and we look forward to realizing a new and socially

The standstill period lasts until December 13. The contract signing is expected
in December or January. Construction is estimated to start in spring 2025, with
completion estimated in the second half of 2026.
