Oslo, March 4 2025 - Arribatec Group ASA ("Arribatec") has today signed an
agreement to divest Arribatec Marine to Star Information Systems AS ("Star") for
an equity valuation of approximately NOK 25 million. The transaction marks a
strategic step in Arribatec's ongoing efforts to sharpen its focus and further
strengthen its financial flexibility.
The acquisition by Star, a leading provider of maritime software solutions,
ensures that Arribatec Marine will be backed by an owner with deep industry
expertise and resources to support its continued growth and development.
