Following the rights issue, Titan Venture AS will hold a minimum of 37,551,681 shares in Arribatec Group ASA, equivalent to 7.83% of the total number of 479,572,206 shares in Arribatec Group ASA following completion of the rights issue, thereby crossing the 5% ownership threshold.
