<pre>Oslo, 16 March On 16 March 2022, Atea ASA has purchased a total of 30,000 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 137.82 per share. Following the completion of the above transactions, Atea ASA owns a total of 896,315 own shares, corresponding to 0.80% of Atea ASA's share capital. Additional information on the buyback program: Date on which the buyback program was announced: 11 February 2022 The duration of the buyback program: 14 February 2022 to 31 March 2022, or until the maximum number of shares has been repurchased.
