Audientes A/S signs agreement with MK Brokers AD for bond issuance on Bulgarian Enterprise Accelerator Market (BEAM)

The corporate bond issuance

Audientes has previously communicated that it plans to issue a corporate bond of up to DKK 15 million (approx. EUR 2 million) in the first quarter of 2025 to secure the liquidity needed to continue market expansion and product development, while ensuring its current shareholders are not diluted from this.

The Company has now engaged MK Brokers AD, a financial advisor specializing in bond issuances and capital market transactions in Bulgaria, to support the structuring, placement, and execution of the bond issuance.

After careful evaluation of available financing options, the BEAM market in Bulgaria was identified as a strategically attractive venue due to:

• Stronger investor appetite for SME bonds: BEAM investors are accustomed to smaller bond issuances, making it an optimal platform for the size of this potential issue.
• Faster and cost-efficient listing process: BEAM offers streamlined regulatory procedures and lower issuance costs, making it an efficient financing alternative to other markets.
• Strategic regional exposure: The issuance aligns with Audientes' ambition to expand in Eastern and Southern Europe, where hearing health solutions have growing demand in segments attainable by Audientes.
• Competitive bond terms: The structure of the BEAM market allows for flexible bond conditions that could provide a cost-effective capital-raising opportunity for Audientes.
