The company is located in Tessenderlo in Belgium and has three employees who will join Atlas Copco Group as part of the acquisition. "This acquisition will expand our presence in Belgium and increase our product offering to the food and beverage and chemical industries in western Europe", said Philippe Ernens, President for the Compressor Technique Business Area. The purchase price is not disclosed.
