<div class="mfn-body"><p>Bergman &amp; Beving has today acquired all shares in Collinder Märksystem AB, a leading company within safety and industrial signage. The company is situated in Lomma, Sweden, has 23 employees and a turnover of approximately MSEK 60 with good profitability.</p><p><em>“Through the acquisition of Collinder we strengthen our position within the safety and industrial signage, a niche where we already are present with companies in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. With the acquisition of Collinder we primarily strengthen our leading position in Sweden”, s</em>ays Eric Persson, Head of Division Safety Technology.</p><p><em>”With a sense of positivity and confidence, and after more than 50 years of being part of the Collinder family, we now pass the ownership of Collinder over to Bergman &amp; Beving. Bergman &amp; Beving has during a long period of time proven its ability to build and develop companies in an industrial sound manner.
