Brain+ A/S ("Brain+" or "the Company") enters a partnership with Southcare Homes Group Ltd ("Southcare Homes") to introduce Ayla - your CST Assistant ("Ayla") in initially two (2) of Southcare Homes' five (5) home and nursing care sites. The partnership covers access to Ayla to support Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) and includes delivery by Brian+ of accredited CST training to selected caregivers. The contract marks a significant milestone in the deployment of Ayla to benefit elderly residents in the UK, and is part of the Company's earlier communicated customer pipeline, which is now starting to materialize. The initial term of the contract is 12 months and the exact value of the contract is held undisclosed for business reasons.

The partnership

Over the coming months the Brain+ team will work closely with Southcare Homes to ensure a successful implementation of Ayla at the two sites, covered by the initial contract.
