Brain+ is inviting its shareholders as well as other investors and stakeholders to a webinar, which will take place via the Stokk.io platform on

Friday, 21 March 2025 at 15:00 CET / 14:00 UK time.

The webinar will cover the following main topics:

• Vishal Shah, UK care sector specialist and new Brain+ advisor and Board Observer, will share his view on the attractive opportunities for the Ayla dementia care platform in the UK care sector, and particularly among private care homes.
• Presentation of the growing sales pipeline, now representing €+500,000 in revenues, and of defined pipeline KPIs and growth indicators, demonstrating increasing commercial traction.  
• Terms of the ongoing Unit Rights Issue with preferential rights to existing shareholders and public subscription running 17 - 28 March 2025, including use of proceeds and scenarios for financial runway.
