<div class="mfn-header mfn-header-finland">Heeros Oyj | Company Release | February 18, 2025 at 12:30:00 EET</div><div class="mfn-body">Change to the date of Heeros Plc's Annual General Meeting in 2025Accountor Finago Oy (the “Offeror”) has on 22 November 2024 published a public tender offer for all issued and outstanding shares and option rights in Heeros Plc (the “Company”) that are not held by the Company or any of its subsidiaries (the “Tender Offer”). The Offeror has published the preliminary results of the Tender Offer on 18 February 2025 and plans to publish the final result of the Tender Offer on 20 February 2025. Due to the Tender Offer, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting of 2025, which after the change is planned to be held on 27&nbsp;March 2025.
