Changes in Taaleri’s management – Lauri Lipsanen appointed as CFO and member of the Executive Management Team
Taaleri has today appointed Lauri Lipsanen (born 1983) as CFO and member of the Executive Management Team. He will take up his position by 12 May 2025 at the latest.
Lipsanen has extensive experience in financial management and a wide range of financial and business management skills. Lipsanen joins Taaleri from Swappie Oy, where he has been CFO since 2019. Prior to that, he worked as CFO of Touhula Varhaiskasvatus Group from 2017 to 2019, as CFO of Unisport-Saltex Group from 2016 to 2017 and as CFO of Corbel Group from 2013 to 2016. He was an advisor at EY on mergers and acquisitions from 2009 to 2013. Lipsanen holds a master’s degree in economics and a master's degree in industrial engineering.

Taaleri announced on 9 January 2025 the appointment of then-CFO Ilkka Laurila as CEO. The company’s interim CFO Elina Lintuala will step down as agreed from the Executive Management Team as Lipsanen assumes his position as CFO by 12 May 2025 at the latest.
