insiders
The Board of Directors of Cyviz AS ("Cyviz" or the "Company") has resolved to
grant share options to executive management and key employees, in accordance
with the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2024
regarding share incentive program.
Each option, when exercised, will give the right to acquire one share in the
Company at a strike price of NOK 26.70. The options vest over three years, of
which 1/3 in December 2025, 1/3 in December, 2026 and the last 1/3 in December,
2027.
Of the 595,000 share options, 460,000 have been granted to the following primary
insiders according to the terms described above:
* Espen Gylvik, CEO, has been allocated 150,000 share options
* Ellen Kristine Lome, CPCO, has been allocated 55,000 share options
* Karl Peter Gombrii, CFO, has been allocated 35,000 share options
* Javier Colado, CSO, has been allocated 35,000 share options
* Gøran Hansen, CTO, has been allocated 30,000 share options
* John Harald Grønningen, EVP Europe, has been allocated 30,000 share options
* Chris Lewis, EVP North-America, has been allocated 30,000 share options
* Peter Stewart, EVP BD, Global Alliances & Strategy, has been allocated 30,000
share options
* Anas Al-Hawari, EVP ME and APAC, has been allocated 25,000 share options
* Eirik Simonsen, EVP Business Development, has been allocated 25,000 share
options
* Jan Petter Lie, President Europe, has been allocated 15,000 share options
