Ekobot yesterday (26/2 2024) announced a collaboration with Autoagri with the aim to adapt the Ekobot intelligent weeding tool to the AutoAgri autonomous implement carrier. The initial goal is to setup a commercial demonstration with a Norwegian customer during the third quarter of 2024. The flexible solution for modern, profitable, and sustainable agriculture is then intented to be offered to the market for commercial deliveries in 2025.
By combining the Ekobot weeding tool and the AutoAgri autonomous implement carrier, the farmer is offered a flexible solution that, in addition to autonomous weeding, can also be used for other processes and tasks. Everything to create a cost-effective and profitable solution for the individual farmer.
ESGFIRE thinks there may be great synergies in the collaboration and it should provide Ekobot with a sustainable and viable solution for their continued product offering.
