<div class="mfn-preamble">Goodbye Kansas Group has today entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to divest all shares in its subsidiary Plotagon Production AB to an industrial buyer who will remain unnamed according to agreement. The divestment will have limited financial impact on the group in the short term but includes a conditional consideration based on future financial performance. The divestment is the final step in Goodbye Kansas Group’s strategy to narrow its business focus and focus on its studio business.
