<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Goodbye Kansas Group has today signed a Letter of Intent regarding the divestment of the subsidiary Plotagon Production AB. The Letter of Intent does not constitute a binding purchase agreement, but gives the parties the opportunity to complete a negotiation that has been initiated. The sale is expected to have limited financial impact on the Group. The divestment completes Goodbye Kansas Group's strategy to streamline and focus on the operations of Goodbye Kansas Studios.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The parties have expressed the common intention to enter into a binding share purchase agreement in the immediate future.
