Goodbye Kansas Group signs Letter of Intent regarding divestment of Plotagon
Goodbye Kansas Group has today signed a Letter of Intent regarding the divestment of the subsidiary Plotagon Production AB. The Letter of Intent does not constitute a binding purchase agreement, but gives the parties the opportunity to complete a negotiation that has been initiated. The sale is expected to have limited financial impact on the Group. The divestment completes Goodbye Kansas Group's strategy to streamline and focus on the operations of Goodbye Kansas Studios.
The parties have expressed the common intention to enter into a binding share purchase agreement in the immediate future. However, the Letter of Intent does not in itself constitute a binding agreement between the parties to complete the transaction.
Plotagon was founded in 2013 and has successfully led the development of the mobile app Z-Cut and the movie creator service Plotagon Story.
