At the same time, the validity period of the revolving credit facility in question has been extended by two years, i.e. until September 2027.In addition, Componenta has agreed on a new capex loan totalling EUR 2 million with Avida. The maturity of the capex loan is four years. From the moment of signing, the loan withdrawal period is the first 12 months, and the repayment period is the following 36 months after that. Other loan terms are usual.
