Lunar and Instabank's shareholders have settled the Norwegian lawsuit. Both
parties have agreed to close the case and look forward. Thus, the lawsuit is
definitively concluded.
"We are pleased that the case is now coming to an end. After a close dialogue
with Lunar, we have arrived at the best solution. The past few years have been
turbulent, and we are happy that we can now put a final point in the case. Now
we look forward and can direct our full attention to the growth journey that
Instabank is on," says Robert Berg, CEO of Instabank.
Ken Villum Klausen, CEO of Lunar, is pleased that a final point can now be set:
"After careful consideration, we have decided to settle with Instabank's
shareholders so that we can all move on. A lawsuit can stretch over a long
period and distract from executing our business plans, future growth, and most
importantly, our employees and customers. In this light, a settlement is the
best solution for everyone," he says.
