KONE Corporation's Annual Review 2024 and Remuneration Report 2024 have been published

KONE Corporation's Annual Review 2024 and Remuneration Report for the year 2024 have been published today.

The Annual Review includes the consolidated financial statements, the parent company financial statements, the Board of Directors' report and the Corporate Governance Statement. The Annual Review also includes the Sustainability Statement, which has been compiled according to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), as part of the Board of Directors' report.

The Annual Review is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in XHTML format. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. Notes to the financial statements have been labelled with XBRL block tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on KONE's ESEF financial statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.

The Annual Review is attached to this release as an XHTML file as well as a PDF file and it is available on www.kone.com. The Remuneration Report is also attached to this release as a PDF file and is available on www.kone.com.

KONE will also publish a Sustainability Supplement on www.kone.com later today. This voluntary report complements the Sustainability Statement and provides further information on KONE's approach to sustainability.
