Koskisen Corporation's free directed share issue for the payment of rewards under the 2022–2026 incentive programme for the earning period 2022–2024
On 21 March 2025, Koskisen Corporation's Board of Directors decided on a free directed share issue for the payment of share rewards under the company's long-term performance-based incentive programme for 2022–2026 (earning period 2022–2024).
A total of 70,376 new shares will be issued free of charge in a directed share issue to seven persons covered by the incentive programme in accordance with the terms of the programme. The rewards to be paid under the incentive programme to each participating person will be paid in shares and cash. The cash component covers the tax costs related to the shares.
The total number of shares in Koskisen Corporation after the registration of new shares is 23 095 535 shares. The total of 70,376 shares issued in the free directed share issue will be registered in the Finnish Trade Register on 4 April 2025 and will be admitted to trading together with the existing shares on the main list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on around 7 April 2025. The new shares grant shareholder rights from the date of their registration.
Koskisen Corporation's Board of Directors decided on the free directed share issue on the basis of an authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2024.
