Nantahala Capital Increases Stake In CDON
Nantahala Capital, an existing shareholder in the company, acquired approximately 2.2 million additional shares in a private transaction with another holder. This transaction strengthens Nantahala Capital's ownership position in CDON AB ("CDON").
CDON can confirm today that Nantahala, who already holds shares in the company, has increased its stake. No new shares were issued by the company as part of this transaction. The transaction was completed on September 17, 2024.
Nantahala Capital is a US based alternative investment firm founded in 2004 that makes long-term fundamental investments in small and micro-cap companies.
