NOK 18.85 million in new equity. The share capital increase pertaining to the option exercise has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital of the Company is NOK 109,654,535, divided into 109,654,535 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
